Terms of Service

Conditions for using the Blimari platform.

These terms govern use of the platform, generation infrastructure, user accounts, the credit system, and the services associated with Blimari.

AI and content

You remain responsible for inputs, uploads, and the final use of generated outputs.

Credits and plans

Access to paid functionality depends on the active plan and available operational balance.

Acceptable use

Illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing use of the platform is prohibited.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing Blimari, creating an account, or using any functionality of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to use of the application, supporting infrastructure, AI-assisted generation workflows, the credit system, and the technical integrations required to operate the service.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access where there is a reasonable indication of misuse, fraud, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

3. Generated Content and Acceptable Use

Blimari provides creative generation tools, prompt orchestration, reference uploads, and production of visual assets for professional use.

You may not use the service to create, store, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, or to circumvent platform safeguards.

4. Responsibility for Prompts, Uploads, and Outputs

You remain responsible for content you upload, describe, generate, export, or reuse through the platform, including prompts, visual references, brands, and final assets.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold sufficient rights to uploaded materials and that your downstream use of generated outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payments

Certain Blimari features operate on a credits and paid-plan basis. Consumption may vary depending on output type, batch campaigns, iterations, and other production flows.

Payments and upgrades may be processed by external providers such as Stripe. Charges, renewals, failed payments, and billing events are subject to the active plan and the commercial terms in effect at the time of subscription.

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but the service is provided on a reasonable-availability basis and may experience interruptions, maintenance, infrastructure failures, or third-party limitations.

AI integrations, databases, object storage, queues, and observability systems may introduce external dependencies outside the exclusive control of Blimari.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, product identity, interface, and proprietary elements of Blimari remain the property of the platform and its licensors.

Rights in content supplied by you remain with you or the relevant rights holders. Use of generated outputs remains subject to applicable legal, contractual, and technical limitations in your context of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blimari is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, or damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on automatically generated outputs.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before any critical commercial, regulatory, or public use.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create operational, security, or compliance risk for the service.

You may stop using the platform at any time and request account closure, without prejudice to any outstanding billing, audit, or compliance obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, legal framework, or operating model. Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the current version.
