1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, and authenticated session credentials to create and maintain your access to Blimari.

We also collect operational data generated through use of the platform, including prompts, generation metadata, brand configurations, uploaded files, credit records, and technical events required to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information for authentication, account management, generation processing, asset storage, abuse prevention, technical support, and product reliability improvements.

Prompts, references, and uploaded files may be processed by technical infrastructure integrated into the service in order to generate outputs, maintain asynchronous queues, record failures, and support billing workflows.

3. Processing Basis and Purpose

We process information to deliver the service you request, fulfill operational obligations, and protect the security, integrity, and availability of the platform.

Where applicable, we also process information based on legitimate operational interests such as auditing, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, and continuous service improvement.

4. Sharing and Processors

Blimari may rely on infrastructure and processing providers such as Cloudflare, Neon, Stripe, Sentry, and OpenAI-compatible inference services to support authentication, databases, payments, observability, queues, and content generation.

We do not sell personal information. Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the platform and provide the contracted functionality.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Security

We use session cookies and similar mechanisms to maintain authentication, protect requests, and support private areas of the application.

We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including session controls, request validation, infrastructure isolation, error logging, and restricted access to operational data.

6. Retention

We retain account and operational content while your account is active or for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the platform.

Technical logs, billing records, and security events may be kept for additional periods where reasonably required for audit, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or updates to your information and, where applicable, request deletion or account closure, subject to technical, contractual, and legal requirements.

Privacy-related requests can be sent using the contact details listed on this page.
